Shipment

Austria

• Free shipping for orders from 20€ within Austria, for all orders under 20€ the shipping fee equals 2,50 €.
• Shipping takes usually 1-2 working days.
• Orders are shipped from monday to friday by the Austrian Post.
• Orders up to a weight of approx. 1.7 kg are sent by us as a priority-brief(parcel) and reach their destination in at least 95% of cases on the next working day.*
• Orders with the payment method "Nachname" or a weight of more than 1.7 kg will be sent as a package and delivered within 2 workdays.*
• Up to a weight of about 500 g, the items are thrown in the mailbox, no signature or personal acceptance is required (except Nachname and EMS).
• Each shipment will receive a tracking number and can be placed on the website of the Austrian Post.
• Express shipping:
  For an additional 7 € we offer the fastest possible delivery by Austria's express delivery service EMS (Express Mail Service). Domestic EMS shipments will be delivered the next working day by 12:00 noon at the latest. If, in exceptional cases, the shipment is not delivered on the next working day, you will receive a refund for the shipping costs on request.
• (To ensure that your order is received as soon as possible, make sure that your order has been received and paid by 10:00 am at the latest, so that it can be shipped from us on the same day.)
• Important: For EMS shipments, the personal acceptance of the shipment is required!

Germany

• Free shipping for orders starting at 40€ to Germany, for all orders under 40€ the shipping fee equals 4 €.
• the delivery time is usually 2 workdays (by DPD specified normal time, based on experience)
• The shipping takes place from Monday to Friday with DPD
• Shipping to a DPD pickup parcel shop:
• On request, we also ship your order to a DPD pickup parcel shop of your choice.
• In order to be able to have your order delivered to a pickup parcel shop, we require the following information from you and must pass this on to DPD for the creation of the parcel label:
  - the address of the desired pickup parcel shop
  - your email address and mobile number (so that you can be informed by DPD about the arrival of your shipment)
• Orders up to and including 50g will be shipped by post as priority mail without tracking. Usual delivery time: 2-4 workdays

European Union

• Free shipping for orders starting at 80€ within the european union. For orders less than 80€ the shipping fee depends on the weight of the order. For orders less than 200g shipping fees equal 6,9€ for heavier orders the shipping fee is 9,9€.
• The shipping time is usually 2-4 workdays, in neighboring countries mostly 2 workdays.
• The shipping takes place from Monday to Friday with DPD or Austrian Post

All orders that are registered and paid before 10:00, are usually shipping on the same day.

We ship our shipments in a neutral packaging without stating the shop name.
