• From a goods value of 30 € we ship free of charge within Austria, below that we charge a cost contribution of 2.90 €.

All orders that we have received and paid for by 11:00 a.m. will be processed immediately and shipped by us on the same day. The shipping time is then usually only 1-2 working days. Unfortunately, postal errors occasionally occur that are beyond our control. Therefore it can take a little longer in rare cases. To speed up the shipping of your order, it is best to use the credit card payment method.

If your order is received and paid for before 11:00 a.m., we will ship your order the same day.

If you want to receive your order faster, you can order express shipping for an extra charge of 7,90€. Express shipments are delivered on the next working day by 1:00 p.m. at the latest. For an additional surcharge, we offer other options such as Saturday delivery.

If you have successfully paid by credit card, your payment was received by us immediately. If you paid by bank transfer, your order will be marked as paid in your customer account as soon as we have received your transfer or we have received a transfer confirmation from you.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link to track the shipment by email. In addition, you can view the status of your order at any time in your customer account. The shipping confirmations are usually sent Monday to Friday between 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the latest. If your order has already been marked as paid in your customer account before 11:00 a.m., you can assume that we will ship your order on the same day.

You can check the shipment status of your order at any time using the shipment number in your customer account or in the shipping confirmation email. Please note that the shipment status is updated by the post office with a delay and it may take a few hours for the shipment status to be displayed correctly.

Yes. We ship all orders in plain packaging with no mention of the shop name or any reference to Kratom.

On request, we send orders to a post office of your choice. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to collection stations or parcel shops of DPD, DHL and other parcel services.

If you want to change your address data or you made a mistake when entering it, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We will then take care of the correct delivery of the shipment.

Please check the shipment tracking first to see whether your order is still on its way. On rare occasions, shipments may be delayed due to delays at the post office. If your order is not delivered after several days, please contact us by email. We will then take care of the correct delivery and, if necessary, send the order again.

If for any reason you want to return your order to us, simply contact us by email. If you are not satisfied with one or more varieties, you can always send them back to us and we will refund you the full purchase price for the affected varieties and quantities. We will also refund packages that have already been used, provided only a small amount of the contents has been used. If someone has already used a larger amount of Kratom, we will deduct the amount used pro rata from the refund amount.

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know by email as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you can send it back to us upon receipt and we will refund your money.
