A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation as set out below, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (SWK Kleinbauernlogistik GmbH, Herrgottwiesgasse 121, 8020 Graz, Austria, Tel: +4368181648874, Email: kontakt@kratomshop.at) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling the goods in a manner not necessary for examining the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of cancellation expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

General notes

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
