We ship from Monday to Friday with Austrian Post. Why Austrian Post? Because we support fair pay, fair working conditions, and respectful treatment of employees.

All shipments are sent in neutral packaging without any mention of the shop name. Every order receives a tracking number that you can track via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Orders received and paid for by 11:00 AM are usually shipped on the same day.

Austria

Free shipping on orders over €39. Otherwise, we charge €4.90 for shipping.
Delivery time: 1–2 working days*

Germany

Free shipping on orders over €70. Otherwise, we charge €6.90 for shipping.
Delivery time: 2–3 working days*

Spain

Free shipping on orders over €70. Otherwise, we charge €8.90 for shipping.
Delivery time: 2–4 working days*

Additional Services Austria

Express Shipping — Surcharge €9.90
Next working day delivery. Should an express shipment exceptionally not be delivered on the next working day, we will refund the shipping costs upon request.
