Unimedica's filtered black cumin oil is obtained through gentle cold pressing of the seeds of "true black cumin" (Nigella sativa). Following ancient Egyptian tradition, the imported black cumin seeds are further processed in a German oil mill. The oil is versatile: it can be consumed neat or used to enhance cold dishes. Since high-quality oils are light-sensitive, our filtered black cumin oil is bottled in dark green glass bottles.
